Terms of Use
These terms apply to the games published by YYUKA Studio and to this website. Using either means you accept them.
Who you are dealing with
European and Turkish consumer law requires a trader to identify itself plainly. So:

A postal address is available on request, and is supplied to the app stores as part of their trader verification.
Age
Our games are for players aged 13 and over. By using them you confirm you are at least 13, or that a parent or guardian has agreed to these terms on your behalf.
Your licence to use the game
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play our games on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. We keep ownership of the game itself; you are not buying the software, you are being allowed to use it.
What you agree not to do
- Reverse engineer, decompile or modify the game, except where the law explicitly allows it regardless of this clause.
- Cheat, automate play, or tamper with scores in a way that affects other players' leaderboards.
- Redistribute the game or sell access to it.
- Choose a nickname that impersonates someone, harasses someone, or is unlawful. We may reset such a nickname.
Availability
We would like the game to work everywhere, forever. Realistically it may be unavailable during updates, may stop supporting old operating systems, and may one day be withdrawn. We will give reasonable notice of anything that removes access you paid for.
No warranty
Beyond the statutory rights described above, the game is provided as it is. We do not promise it is free of defects or that it will meet any particular need. The map data we use is open data compiled by others; it is good, but it is not an authoritative statement of any border, and the game is not a navigational, legal or political reference.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the game, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death, personal injury, fraud, or a consumer's statutory rights.
Intellectual property
The game's code, artwork, sound and the YYUKA Studio name and logo belong to us. The underlying geographic data belongs to its own authors and is used under the licences listed on our credits page, which also carry their own attribution requirements.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, and the courts of İstanbul have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in, or of the right to bring proceedings there.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date below shows when they last changed, and continuing to play after a change means you accept the new version. If a change materially reduces what you get, we will say so in the release notes rather than hope you miss it.
