Privacy Policy
This policy covers the games published by YYUKA Studio and the website at yyukastudio.com. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
The short version
Our game keeps your progress on your own device. It does not ask who you are, and it has no account to sign in to.
What the game stores on your device
The following is saved in the game's own local storage, on your phone, and is never sent to us:
- Your nickname and the avatar you picked.
- Your level, experience and best scores for each map and mode.
- The record of your last ten games, including the maps you played.
- Your settings: interface language, selected map, sound and music volume.
- Your energy, pass and joker counts.
Deleting the game removes all of it. There is no copy anywhere else, which also means we cannot restore it for you.
Permissions the app asks for

What the game does not do
In the current version the game contains no advertising network, no analytics or crash-reporting service, no purchases and no server of ours. It does not profile you, it does not track you across apps, and it does not use your advertising identifier.
This website
The site is static and is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no trackers and loads nothing from any other domain — so there is no consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to. Cloudflare processes request data, including IP addresses, in order to serve and protect the site; that processing is covered by Cloudflare's own privacy terms.
There is one small script on the page, and all it does is run the light/dark theme button. If you use it, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage under the name theme so the site remembers it on your next visit. That value stays in your browser, is never sent to us, and clearing your site data removes it. It is strictly necessary to provide the preference you asked for, so it needs no consent banner.
If you email us, we keep the email so that we can answer it and refer back to it. We do not add you to a mailing list.
Age 13 and over
Our game is intended for players aged 13 and over, and it is declared that way in both stores. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under that age, we do not direct the game at children, and it is not enrolled in Google Play's Families programme.
If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, write to contact@yyukastudio.com and we will delete it.
Why we are allowed to process what we process
Under the GDPR every use of personal data needs a legal basis. Ours are these:

Data that never leaves your device is not processed by us at all — we are not the controller for it, because we never receive it.
How long we keep things
- Everything the game stores on your device stays there until you delete the game or clear its data. We cannot reach it and cannot delete it for you.
- Emails you send us are kept while we are dealing with them and for as long as we might reasonably need to refer back, then deleted.
Where your data goes
We are established in Türkiye, outside the European Economic Area. Where personal data of people in the EEA or the UK reaches us or our providers, the transfer is made under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard. You can ask us which one applies to a given provider.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, the UK GDPR and Türkiye's KVKK you have the right to:
- ask what personal data we hold about you and get a copy of it;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased;
- restrict or object to how we use it, including objecting to direct marketing at any time;
- receive the data you gave us in a portable format;
- withdraw any consent you gave, without that affecting what was lawful before you withdrew it;
- not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing that significantly affects you — we make none.
In practice, for the current version of the game, we hold no personal data about you at all unless you have emailed us. Requests still get a real answer, free of charge, within one month: write to contact@yyukastudio.com.
If you are not satisfied with our answer you can complain to a supervisory authority: in the EEA, the data protection authority of the country you live in; in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office; in Türkiye, the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).
Changes to this policy
When the policy changes, the date below changes with it and the new version replaces this one on this page. Material changes are also noted in the game's release notes.
